5. Legal Compliance

• All activities and content must comply with Bangladeshi laws, including copyright, privacy, and online conduct laws.

6. Defamation Prohibition

• Do not post content that defames individuals, organizations, or institutions. Defamatory content is illegal under Bangladeshi law.

7. Anti-Cyberbullying

• Cyberbullying, trolling, or humiliation is prohibited and will result in account suspension or legal action under the Digital Security Act.

8. Religious Sensitivity

• Respect all religions. Insulting or mocking religious beliefs is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.

9. Prohibition of False Information

• Do not spread false or misleading information. Spreading fake news is a criminal offense under the Digital Security Act.

10. Anti-State Content Prohibition

• Do not post content that threatens Bangladesh’s sovereignty, integrity, or security, including terrorism or separatism.

11. Prohibition of Illegal Activities

• Promoting or participating in gambling, illegal drugs, or any unlawful activities will lead to immediate account suspension and legal action.

12. Reporting Violations

• Violators may face warnings, suspension, or permanent bans based on severity.

13. User Responsibility

• Users are personally responsible for all content they post and interactions they initiate on Sociends.com.

14. Immediate Actions for Severe Violations

• Serious violations such as anti-state content, religious hate speech, or explicit illegal content may result in immediate account termination without prior notice and could be reported to law enforcement.

15. Guidelines Updates

• Sociends.com reserves the right to update these guidelines to ensure legal compliance and community safety. Significant changes will be notified to all users.
