- একাউন্ট নিরাপত্তা: একাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা এবং পাসওয়ার্ড গোপন রাখা ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।
৪. ই-কমার্স লেনদেন
- নীতিমালা অনুসরণ: পণ্য/সেবা বিক্রয়, অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট বাংলাদেশ ই-কমার্স নীতিমালা ২০২১ অনুসারে পরিচালিত হবে।
- অভিযোগ উপস্থাপন: কোন পণ্য নিয়ে অভিযোগ থাকলে, অর্ডার গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে।
- রিফান্ড নীতি: অর্ডার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা পৃথকভাবে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
৫. কন্টেন্ট নীতিমালা
- কন্টেন্ট দায়ভার: ব্যবহারকারী কর্তৃক পোস্টকৃত সকল কন্টেন্টের দায়ভার ব্যবহারকারীর।
- কঠোর নিষেধাজ্ঞা: কমিউনিটিতে ধর্ম, রাজনীতি, জাতিগত বিদ্বেষ ছড়ানো বা পর্নোগ্রাফি শেয়ার করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।

- আপস-মীমাংসা: কাস্টমার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণভাবে সমাধান চেষ্টা করা হবে।
৮. পরিবর্তন ও আপডেট
Sociends.com যে কোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার রাখে। পরিবর্তন হলে সকল ব্যবহারকারীকে জানানো হবে।
