1. Business Policy & Operation

• Licensing & Registration: Sociends.com operates under valid trade license and business registration approved by the Government of Bangladesh.
• Legal Compliance: All operations will follow the Digital Commerce Guidelines 2021 and Digital Security Act 2018.
• Product & Service Legality: All products and services displayed must comply with Bangladesh’s laws.
• Community Content: All posts, comments, and content shared on the community must adhere to legal boundaries.

2. Consumer Protection

• Return Policy: Products can be returned and refunds processed within 7 to 15 days.
• Transparent Transactions: All charges including delivery fees must be disclosed upfront.
• Data Protection: Customers’ personal information will be protected in compliance with the Digital Security Act 2018.

3. Community Guidelines

• Freedom of Speech & Decency: Users have the right to express opinions, but abusive language, hate speech, religious insults, and misinformation are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibition of Crimes: Promotion of criminal activities, terrorism, or anti-state content is banned.
• Privacy Protection: Sharing personal information of others without consent is prohibited.

4. E-commerce Guidelines

• Clear Product Details: Accurate descriptions, prices, stock information, and photos must be provided.
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery timeframes and methods must be clearly communicated.
• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via authorized banks, mobile banking, and card payments.

5. Copyright & Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All content, logos, and branding on Sociends.com are fully copyright protected.
• Third-party Content: Use of any third-party content without permission is prohibited.

6. Legal Violation & Penalty

• Administrative Action: In case of legal violations, information will be provided to the BTRC and relevant law enforcement agencies.
• User Ban: Sociends.com reserves the right to permanently ban users for any violations.

7. Premium Membership & Subscription Policy

• Membership Terms:
  To access AI services on Sociends.com, users must subscribe to a specific Paid Membership Plan.
• Fees & Pricing:
  Membership fees will be clearly mentioned on the website, including VAT or any applicable charges.
• Payment Methods:
  • Approved Gateways: Both local and international payment gateways will be accepted.
  • Mobile Banking: Services like bKash, Rocket, Nagad will be supported.
• Refund Policy:
  • If the user does not receive the promised service after payment, they must report within 7 business days.
  • After verification, a full or partial refund may be provided based on the investigation.
• Usage Limitation:
  Premium members can only use the AI services for personal purposes. Reselling, copying, or commercial use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Privacy & Security

• Data Collection:
  During membership registration, name, phone number, email, and payment information will be collected.
• Data Retention:
  All personal data will be stored and used in compliance with the Digital Security Act 2018 of Bangladesh.
• Third-Party Data Sharing:
  Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for authorized partners or if legally requested by Bangladeshi law enforcement agencies.

9. Membership Cancellation & Suspension

• Voluntary Cancellation:
  Members can cancel their membership at any time from their account settings.
• Suspension for Violation:
  If a member violates Sociends.com policies, their account may be suspended or cancelled without prior notice.
• Refund Eligibility:
  No refunds will be provided if cancellation is due to policy violations.
